Field Marshall Series III Tractor 1950

The Field Marshall Series III was launched in 1949.  The main differences from previous Field Marshall tractors were that the 40 h.p. engine rotation was changed to anti-clockwise.  The transmission was a dual range unit with six forward and two reverse speeds.  An improved version with better engine performance the Series IIIA was produced from 1952 to 1957, these provided the option of electric starting and a bolt on hydraulic lift system made by the Adrolic Engineering Co.
