The Belarus DT 75 Crawler Tractor was produced at the Volgograd Tractor factory. The name Belarus was adopted by the Russian Traktoroexport organisation as the brand for tractors built in the Belarus region of the Soviet State. The Belarus DT 75 Crawler was powered by diesel engine of 85 horsepower, starting was by the means of a petrol powered electrically started donkey engine. The track equipment was of a very robust design based on that of an army tank. Many thanks to Michael Bednarski in Russia for providing correct information about this tractor. |
