The last tractor bearing the Allis-Chalmers name was produced in the U.S.A. on 6th December 1985. During the 1980's Allis-Chalmers like many other makers became the victim of rapidly changing financial times. The farm equipment division was sold to K-H-Deutz AG of Germany in 1985. |
